This is an excellent opportunity for non-technical bachelor’s degree holders to gain hands-on training and work experience in a professional corporate environment.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in a non-technical stream, completed within the last 5 years.

No active academic backlogs.

Must not have participated in any prior apprenticeship program.

No previous work experience (no UAN/PF account).
Role: AR Calling (Accounts Receivable Calling)
As an Apprenticeship Trainee – AR Caller, you will be trained and expected to:

Review pending insurance claims and patient accounts.
-
Make outbound calls to insurance providers to follow up on claim status.
-
Interpret denial codes and take corrective actions.
-
Record call information accurately in the system.
-
Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and unresolved cases.
-
Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
-
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA compliance requirements.
-
Able to convey ideas clearly in English through both speech and writing.
