Eligibility Criteria:

Only 2025 batch graduates of B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech are eligible (excluding streams like Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology, etc.).

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% in X, XII, Diploma (if applicable), Undergraduate (UG), and Postgraduate (PG) degrees. Rounding off percentages (like 59.9%) is not permitted.

At the time of joining, candidates must have no standing arrears and must maintain a minimum aggregate of 60% in their degree.

CGPA to percentage conversion will be considered according to university standards.

Applicants must be willing to work from any Cognizant office location, in any shift, and in any technology.

Open to Indian Nationals / Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) currently residing in India.

Students must register using their personal email ID on Superset and maintain it throughout the hiring process and onboarding.
GenC Role Description:

Understand business requirements and seek clarifications when necessary.

Develop, maintain, test, debug, and deploy code based on specifications.

Create documents and low-level design for software components.
-
Develop and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, identifying risks early.

Participate in Agile development activities and follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
