You will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving client queries, and ensuring high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Technical Support:
- Respond to client queries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner
- Log all user interactions including contact info, issue description, and resolution steps
- Provide step-by-step troubleshooting and product navigation support
- Maintain accurate records using internal tools and tracking software
- Escalate unresolved issues in line with company protocols
Process Management:
- Handle transactions according to standard quality guidelines
- Ensure timely resolution of cases as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Analyze common issues and propose solutions to prevent recurrence
- Create and update client-facing help documents and FAQs
Training & Development:
- Participate in product and skill-based training sessions
- Stay updated with new features, processes, and client requirements
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify learning needs and address performance gaps
Performance Metrics:
- Number of cases resolved daily
- Adherence to quality and process SLAs
- Customer satisfaction scores and feedback
- Training participation and technical upskilling
