Capgemini is hiring freshers for its Customer Support Group (CSG) within the Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division. You’ll be working with global clients through voice, email, chat, and AI-based tools, providing world-class IT support and customer service.
Who Can Apply:
3-year diploma or graduate candidates from 2024 or 2025 batches.
Must not have any academic backlogs at the time of assessment/joining.
Should possess strong communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in night shifts and relocating if required.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications.
Must have an DigiLocker account and a mobile number linked to Aadhaar.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email channels.
Provide real-time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Categorize, prioritize, and track service tickets through closure.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain SLA compliance.
Collaborate with AI tools like CHIP to resolve repetitive issues efficiently.
Maintain a detailed and updated knowledge base for faster resolutions.
Promote the use of service tools and platforms to improve customer experience.
Support customers across industries like Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and Tech.
Handle technical queries: internet issues, password resets, and account updates.
Aim for First Contact Resolution (FCR) on support requests.
