Qualificatons & Skills : 

  • Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript literacy

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and fast learning

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • An enthusiastic interest in exploring digital marketing and leveraging data insights.

  • Experience in client-facing roles—particularly in support or marketing

Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of frontend-backend relationships and network interactions

  • Programming fundamentals (loops, conditionals, algorithms)

  • SaaS industry experience (1 year or more)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Join the Bloomreach Engagement Support Team as an Associate Product Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist customers via live chat or other platforms, addressing technical and product-related queries such as:

    • Platform usage (e.g. Shopify integration, Google BigQuery, notification setup)

    • Campaign, segmentation, or report setup

  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps or escalate complex issues to specialists

  • Mentor and support fellow consultants with advanced use-cases
