- Recent graduates passionate about HR, People Operations, or Business Administration. (2024/2025 batches are encouraged to apply.)
- Detail-oriented individuals who excel in organizing and streamlining processes.

- Strong communicators with excellent coordination skills to interact with various teams and new hires.
- Availability to work from the office at least three days a week for optimal collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Audit & Streamline: Manage and review employee records across all regions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient systems.
- Onboarding Coordination: Assist in onboarding new hires by handling logistics, processing documents, and ensuring a smooth and engaging first-day experience.
- Day-to-Day HR Operations: Support daily HR processes, including documentation handling and workflow coordination.
- Learn Global HR Operations: Gain hands-on exposure to how HR operates across different countries and regions.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance HR processes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to support HR initiatives and expand your professional network.
