Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2025 batch can apply
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management systems, or platforms like PagerDuty is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
In this role you will be…
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously track the performance and accessibility of our cloud infrastructure through the use of industry-standard tools and dashboards.
- Incident Management:
- Quickly address alerts and incidents activated by monitoring systems or tools such as PagerDuty.
- Raise urgent matters to the appropriate teams in accordance with set procedures.
- Help with the analysis of root causes and the documentation of incidents.
- Collaboration: Work together with engineering and operations teams to address problems and reduce downtime.
- Documentation: Revise runbooks, logs, and incident reports to guarantee precise records are kept.
- Education & Development:
- Acquire practical experience with oversight tools, cloud services, and operational processes.
- Provide suggestions for enhancing the monitoring and incident management procedures.
