Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or Finance (BBA Finance/MBA Finance)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process journal transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Post corrective entries for errors identified by the supervisor.
- Extract reports from the ERP system following SOP guidelines.
- Generate and update financial reports, including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet.
- Perform reconciliation between sub-modules and the Trial Balance.
- Collaborate with finance teams to assist with basic macro-related tasks.
- Adapt to a complex work environment while meeting strict project deadlines.
