Role Overview
As an apprentice, you will be actively involved in daily plant operations, ensuring smooth production processes and product consistency. You will work within a team to maintain high-quality standards in manufacturing.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards tasks.
- Basic knowledge of 5S principles and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Capability to identify and report safety, quality, and operational concerns to the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test control valves and associated accessories.
- Conduct machine inspections and pre-job assessments as per the checklist.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness, records, and necessary communication.
- Accurately log work hours for assigned manufacturing tasks.
- Prepare control valves and sub-assembly parts for dispatch.
