Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Proficiency in business analysis, process mapping, data analysis, and knowledge of SQL. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, data, and operations.
- Relevant experience in business analysis roles within the financial services industry, working on complex projects across different regions
- Experience in change adoption processes, including planning and implementing change interventions to ensure smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activities for projects with a mix of business, operations, and technology focuses.

- Analyze complex business issues, bringing structure to ambiguous problems, and participate in solution brainstorming sessions.
- Utilize systemic thinking and creativity to devise and evaluate potential solutions, considering costs, benefits, and obstacles before implementation.

- Understand HSBC’s priorities and competitive strategies to ensure proposed solutions align with the organization’s commercial objectives
- Proactively identify potential risks to service or performance and manage review processes to detect quality issues early.
- Build effective working relationships with analysis and design teams, as well as external partners, to facilitate successful project outcomes.
