Qualification:
- Any Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.
- 12-24 months of work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, especially pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison, ensuring smooth communication between external partners (carriers, vendors/suppliers) and internal teams (retail, finance, software support, fulfillment centers).
- Identify areas for process improvement and take the initiative to implement effective solutions.
- Escalate and track issues or data discrepancies to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and narratives to summarize weekly performance and highlight any variances.
