QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge and Knowledge of MS Excel.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and process customer orders promptly and accurately through order management systems.
- Verify orders to ensure they are complete, accurate, and aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Provide customers with timely updates on order status, shipment details, and delivery information.
- Work closely with relevant teams to resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, and delivery delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions.
- Quickly address customer inquiries and deliver outstanding service and support to ensure satisfaction.
- Recognize and suggest ways to enhance processes and improve efficiency within order management operations.
- Follow defined SLAs and performance benchmarks to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
- Handle the complete lifecycle of quotes, order processing, rejections, and status updates with accuracy and efficiency.
