Position: Project Engineer
Salary Package (CTC): INR 3.50 LPA (Elite)
Service Agreement: 12 months post-joining (INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis)
Eligibility Criteria
Education Requirements
Class 10th: Minimum 60%
Class 12th: Minimum 60%
Graduation: Minimum 60% or CGPA 6.0 (as per university rules)
Open school/distance learning is valid only for 10th & 12th.
Other Conditions
All backlogs must be cleared before the 8th semester.
Maximum 3 years gap allowed (till start of graduation).
No gap allowed during graduation (must complete in 4 years).
Degree must be full-time and recognized by Central/State Government.
Must have a 3-month gap if previously appeared for Wipro assessments.
Only Indian Citizens / PIO / OCI holders eligible.
Nepal & Bhutan nationals must submit citizenship proof.
Age: 18 years or above.
Year of Passing: 2025
Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech (mandatory) or M.E./M.Tech (5-year integrated courses)
Eligible Streams: CS/IT & Circuital branches only
Selection Process
Online Assessment
Aptitude (Logical Reasoning, Quantitative, Verbal Ability)
Essay Writing (Written Communication Test)
Coding Test (2 programs in Java, C, C++, or Python)
Voice Assessment
English communication skills check.
Business Discussion
Final evaluation before selection.
Candidates who clear all rounds will first receive a Letter of Intent (LOI). Post pre-skilling training, selected candidates will get the Final Offer Letter.
