Educational Qualification:
Assistant Manager (Credit):
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
Desirable: Post-qualification experience in Public Sector Banks or BFSI sector.
Assistant Manager (IT):
Candidates must have completed a full-time regular MBA, MMS, PGDM, or PGDBM with a specialization in Finance, securing a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates).
Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience in the IT domain.
Desirable Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP, CCNA, CEH, CISA, CISSP, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, OCA/OCP, API Management, etc.
Age limit as of 1st April 2025: Candidates must be between 22 and 30 years old.
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
PwBD: 10 years
Ex-Servicemen/ECOs/SSCOs: 5 years
Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
