What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or brand strategy
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads (PPC), email campaigns, social media, and content marketing
Data-driven approach with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools
Excellent communication and copywriting skills to create persuasive marketing content
Proactive mindset—able to strategize, innovate, and execute effectively

Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand visibility
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to maximize ROI
Lead email marketing initiatives to boost engagement and conversions
Collaborate with designers and developers to align campaigns with brand objectives
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize continuously
Write impactful marketing copy consistent with brand identity
