Job Role:Customer Support Executive
After you are selected in this role, you will have to provide services to customers who have any technical problems. This is the main role of this job.
Key Responsbilities:-
- Interact with customers in calls or chats
- If customers have any technical issues, they should be resolved.
- If a customer raises a ticket with a problem, you must resolve it immediately.
- You want the customer to feel satisfied with the service you provide.
