Application Process
- Eligible candidates can apply through the TCS NextStep Portal by following these steps:
- Step 1: Log in to the TCS NextStep portal (select category – BPS).
- Step 2: Fill in your application form with accurate details (Name and Date of Birth must match your Aadhaar card).
- Step 3: Complete registration and click ‘Apply for Drive.’
- Registered users: log in and submit your application.
- New users: select Register Now → BPS → Submit details.
- Step 4: Choose your Test Center (In-Centre only). Once selected, it cannot be changed.
- Step 5: Track your status in the portal. Ensure your application shows ‘Applied for Drive.’

Eligibility Criteria for TCS BPS Hiring 2026
Candidates must meet the following requirements to apply:
- Education: Full-time graduates in B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, or BMS (Year of Passing – 2026).
- Backlogs: One active backlog allowed at the time of test; however, all papers must be cleared within stipulated course duration.
- Gap in Education: Up to 24 months of academic gap is allowed with valid documentation.
- Course Type: Only full-time courses are accepted. NIOS students (Secondary/Senior Secondary) are also eligible if graduation is full-time.
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 28 years as of 1st September 2025.
- Experience: Freshers are eligible (prior work experience, if any, must be declared).
- Work Environment: Must be open to working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
