Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field with 0-3 years of industry/research lab experience.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and develop solutions from the ground up.
- Practical experience in implementing machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods to tackle real-world business challenges.
- Proficient in handling large-scale datasets and deploying ML/DL models into production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Tensorflow
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Experience in the space of ecommerce and logistics
- Experience in Generative AI
- Proven track record of developing and shipping ML and DL data products
- Experience in Agentic AI , LLMS and NLP
- Proficiency in Python
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models to enhance ad recommendation systems and optimize campaign results.
- Analyze large-scale historical data to generate insights and identify new opportunities for business and customer experience improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product managers to define technical specs and deliver robust data products.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML, DL, and recommendation algorithms, and explore their applicability to Swiggy’s needs.
- Share your work through internal demos and external platforms, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive innovation in logistics-related projects and contribute to high-impact business solutions.
- Build and deploy production-level ML/DL models.
