Qualifications
B.Tech (2024/2025 graduates) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Strong coding skills in Java and/or Go.
Basic knowledge of databases, data modeling, and backend development concepts.
Eagerness to learn modern tools like Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems (Git).
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java and Go.
Work with tools like Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, and DynamoDB to build reliable backend solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
Contribute to architecture discussions for new features and product enhancements.
Debug, optimize, and improve performance of existing systems.
