As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the primary contact for our B2B customers via email, chat, or voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support.
Resolve queries within SLAs while ensuring high-quality service.
Handle sensitive issues with empathy and positivity, always upholding the brand image.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Achieve key performance metrics like quality, productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution.
Suggest process improvements and report recurring customer challenges.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to empathize, multitask, and work independently.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome!).
Work Details:
Location: Work from Office – Chennai
Shift: Rotational (Day & Night)
Workdays: 5 days a week (2 rotational offs)
