- Strong understanding of databases, particularly Oracle and PostgreSQL.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to on-the-job training.
- Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies such as cloud computing.
- Basic knowledge of networking and cloud computing is an added advantage.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 application support and ensure the smooth delivery of Financial Transaction Banking applications.
- Collaborate with vendors for the support and delivery of local and regulatory applications.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the India Payment Factory process flow.
- Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure timely submissions for regulatory and internal audit requirements.
