- General Accounting Principles knowledge.

- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing diverse customer interactions and fostering strong, positive relationships.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English.
- Skilled in using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint effectively.
Resposibilities:
- Track and review accounts receivable aging reports to ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments.
- Experience with accounting systems and software (e.g. SAP).
- Knowledge of excel.
- Familiarity with reporting and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with customers to maintain clear and effective communication on reporting-related issues.
- Maintain customer documentation.
