Rubik is excited to announce an opening for the position of Internship! We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project/Program Manager Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will play a key role in assisting with the delivery of our on-premise and SaaS-based products. This is an excellent opportunity for last-year students to gain hands-on experience in project management, product delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (must be in the final year of study).
- Students from the 2025 or 2026 batch are eligible to apply.
- Prior coursework or internship experience in Product/Program Management, Quality Engineering, or Software Development is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud services, and release management tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in applying Agile development methodologies in a 24×7 operational environment is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership teams, as well as functions like Customer Support, to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and products to the market.
- Assist in communicating schedules, project status, and issues to stakeholders.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and contribute to the development of mitigation plans.
- Work closely with development teams to help resolve issues that may impact project timelines.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Support the evaluation and improvement of existing processes.
- Recommend tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation in project delivery.
