Job Responsibilities for Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Configure and customize intermediate-level systems and development tools.
- Install and manage tools supporting the software development and deployment lifecycle.
- Track and report project status using DevOps and project management tools.
- Learn and work with AWS and Azure cloud technologies to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Handle system administration tasks, including performance monitoring and optimization.
- Provide client support, perform troubleshooting, and manage software upgrades and enhancements.
- Conduct data migration and analysis using ETL processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Deliver on key customer metrics, meeting all service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to meet project goals.
- Participate in internal innovation initiatives and automation tool development.
Required Qualifications for Graduate Engineer Trainee
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum CGPA of 7.0 or above.
- Strong understanding of AWS or Azure cloud platforms for technical troubleshooting and solution building.
- Excellent time management and project delivery skills to meet milestones effectively.
- Experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL for application development.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, and MS SQL Server databases.
- Comfortable working with Linux (various distros) and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to follow modern software development methodologies, including writing and maintaining technical documentation such as requirements, specifications, and test plans.
