The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program 2026 at Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is designed to identify and nurture young engineering talent across India, preparing them for key technical roles at Reliance.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Final-year B.Tech/B.E. students (Graduating in 2026) from AICTE-approved colleges.
Streams: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Civil, Metallurgical, or Instrumentation.
Academic Requirements:
Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and Engineering (till latest semester).
No active backlogs and no history of academic detention.
Education Gap: Not more than 3 years in total (across schooling, diploma, or engineering).
Nationality: Must be a resident of India.
