PhonePe is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team. This Internship role supports the execution and governance of the Training & Awareness Program, ensuring employees understand compliance requirements, the Code of Conduct, and company policies(jobs in Bangalore).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing program requirements, including training plans and effectiveness tracking.
- Support the implementation of training escalation protocols.
- Execute daily training program operations, including course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Validate compliance training audience data and address any gaps.
- Develop accurate and clear program dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams such as Compliance, HR, and Global teams to advance the program agenda.
- Work closely with internal teams and the communications department to drive awareness campaigns.
- Assist in reviewing the AC HR Screening process and due diligence screening per Giving Procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Any Fresh graduates( 2023/2024/2025 batches) or professionals with 0–1 year of experience in training, data reporting, analysis, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining data integrity.
- Ability to identify root causes of challenges and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for building cross-functional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
