Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply (BPO experience preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Analyze issues, utilize resources, and develop solutions to resolve challenges.
- Collaborate with PA teams to manage and address operational concerns in a timely manner.
- Work closely with supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in different shifts.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly basic Excel.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry.
- Verify and maintain records, process invoices, and generate purchase orders.
- Open and sort mail, handle basic journal entries, and balance A/R or A/P records.
- Process expense reports and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Research and respond to internal or external financial inquiries in coordination with local finance teams.
- Assist in auditing expenses and payment requests.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned.
