Job Requirements & eligibility Criteria:
- University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of the Accounting & Commerce Graduates.
- 0-3 years of experience in a Banking BPO.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Windows-based applications.
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) processes by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review and interpret KYC-related documents, ensuring accurate data entry into relevant systems.
- Adhere to standardized procedures and compliance requirements while performing operational tasks.
- Prepare concise and grammatically accurate narratives in English.
- Stay updated with operational and administrative procedures to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Participate in training sessions as per business requirements.
- Engage in team meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and improvements.
