Recruitment Process: The recruitment process begins with virtual qualifying rounds that assess candidates’ aptitude and coding skills. Candidates can participate in these rounds from home, using programming languages like C, C++, Java, or Python 3.
Shortlisted candidates from the initial rounds will be invited to our office (Coimbatore/Karur) for the final in-person round, which includes coding assessments, technical evaluations, and an HR interview. Candidates attending the in-person round must bring their laptop, resume, and a recent passport-size photo. Final round details will be communicated via email.
Virtual Test Details:
- Date: Saturday, April 5th, 2025
- Time: 09:30 AM to 01:30 PM
Offer Details: Candidates who excel in the recruitment process will receive both training and a job offer. Key benefits include:
a) A confirmed job offer will be provided before training completion.
b) Three months of training to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.
c) Upon successful training completion, candidates will be appointed as Junior Developers. d) Salary Package: INR 4.2 LPA for the Junior Developer position.
Important Instructions for Virtual Round (April 5th, 2025):
- Candidates must log in to the CodeKalam test portal (https://app.codekalam.com/) at 09:15 AM. The test will begin at 09:30 AM under the contest name “Off-Campus Recruitment – April 5th, 2025”. Ensure you click the “Complete Contest” button after finishing the test and log out.
- Required Setup for the Test:
- A working laptop/desktop computer
- Uninterrupted power supply
- Latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browser
- Stable internet connection
- The use of mobile phones, calculators, or other electronic devices is strictly prohibited during the test.
- Candidates may take short breaks as needed (no prior permission required).
