Since its founding, the KC Mahindra Education Trust has consistently supported educational growth across India, primarily through scholarships and grants aimed at students facing financial challenges.
Many of these initiatives date back to the 1950s, reflecting the trust’s enduring mission to advance social and economic progress by nurturing an informed and empowered society.
Mahindra All India Talent Scholarship (MAITS) 2025
Founded in 1995, the Mahindra All India Talent Scholarship was created to support students from economically challenged families who are seeking to enroll in job-focused diploma programs at government-recognized polytechnic institutions across India
Scholarship Amount: Selected students receive ₹10,000 per year for up to three years, supporting around 550 recipients annually.
More than 12,900 students across India have benefited from this initiative so far.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have completed either the 10th or 12th standard (SSC/HSC or equivalent) with at least 60% marks.
- Admission to the first year of a diploma course at a government or recognized polytechnic is required.
The family’s annual income should meet the specified low-income threshold.
Preference is given to:
- Female candidates
- Individuals from lower income groups
- Students with disabilities
- Children whose parents serve in the armed forces or Central Armed Police Forces
