Key Responsibilities

As an intern in the Ethics & Compliance team, you will:

Manage Training Programs: Assist in planning and tracking the effectiveness of compliance training programs.
Handle Escalations: Support training escalation protocols and ensure timely interventions
Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of training programs, including course assignments and troubleshooting.
Data Validation: Validate audience data for compliance training and address discrepancies.
Reporting: Prepare clear and accurate dashboards/reports for leadership and global stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with compliance, HR, and global teams to drive training programs forward.
Awareness Campaigns: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute awareness campaigns.
Process Review: Assist in reviewing HR screening processes and due diligence procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduates and postgraduates from the 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches.
Experience: Freshers and professionals with 0–1 year of experience in training, data analysis, or reporting.
Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Skills

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Data Analysis: Ability to manage, analyze, and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Problem-Solving: Capability to identify root causes and provide actionable insights.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
