Key Responsibilities:

Process client instructions and inquiries promptly, adhering strictly to established procedures and service level agreements.
Validate client requests and manage user access to electronic banking products, ensuring operations are conducted securely and without risk.
Identify potential operational risks and contribute ideas to mitigate them.
Assist clients and internal teams, including Client Service, Middle Office, and Help Desk, in resolving issues and anticipating potential escalations.
Lead and promote initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement.
