As an Associate Test Engineer , you’ll ensure software quality by creating and executing test plans, handling manual/automated testing (functional, regression, performance, UI, UAT), and collaborating with teams. Basic knowledge of SQL, Agile, and defect tracking tools is required.

Qualifications & Skills:
Fresh graduates with a Computer Science-related degree (e.g., BCA, BSc CS, MCA).
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile processes, and standard testing practices.
Hands-on experience or understanding of test planning, defect tracking, and basic SQL queries.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze project needs and assist in shaping test strategies and plans.
Write and execute test cases, identify, document, and report defects.
Support various testing phases-functional, regression, performance, smoke, UI, and UAT.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders for seamless SDLC coordination.
Highlight areas where automation can improve testing efficiency.
