Qualification & Skills :
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
A quiet, reliable work environment with a functional computer and high-speed internet
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, especially managing communications for senior executives
Strong accountability and ownership—mistakes happen, but excuses don’t fly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new digital systems
Basic technical skills in IT infrastructure, cloud-based tools, and troubleshooting
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Superb organizational ability and unwavering attention to detail
Good judgment in decision-making and time management
The capacity to respond swiftly when urgent matters arise
Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
Responsibilities
Managing emails—composing, responding, and organizing on the CEO’s behalf
Scheduling and updating the CEO’s calendar, including appointment management
Handling phone calls and relaying messages
Tackling light accounting tasks
Posting job listings and screening applicants (HR support)
Organizing and managing business data platforms
Assigning and overseeing customer service communications
