Job Description
Analyze outstanding claims and initiate collection efforts as per aging reports to ensure reimbursement.
Handle denial follow-ups and appeals where necessary.
Document and update actions taken on claims in client software.
Build rapport with insurance carrier representatives.
Focus on improving overall collection percentage.
Eligibility
Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (2021 & above pass-outs).
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).
Requirements
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Strong keyboard skills & proficiency in MS Office.
Added Advantage: Experience in Medical Billing AR / Claims Adjudication.
Documents to Carry
Govt. ID Proof (Aadhar / PAN / Voter ID).
All educational documents (Graduation PC mandatory).
