The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the latest notification for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP RRBs XIV) for vacancies across Regional Rural Banks in India. This recruitment covers Group “A” Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistant (Multipurpose) positions.

  • Online Registration: 1st Sept 2025 to 21st Sept 2025
  • Fee Payment: 1st Sept 2025 to 21st Sept 2025
  • Prelims Admit Card: November/December 2025
  • Preliminary Exam: November/December 2025
  • Main/Single Exam: December 2025/February 2026
  • Interview (Officers): January/February 2026
  • Provisional Allotment: February/March 2026

  • This IBPS RRB recruitment covers leading regional rural banks in every Indian state, including Andhra Pradesh Grameena Bank, Bihar Gramin Bank, Karnataka Grameena Bank, and many more. Proficiency in the local language of the chosen state is required.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality
    • Indian Citizens, subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugees (arrived before 1/1/1962), and people of Indian origin from select countries with proper certificates.
  • Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)
    • Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18–28 years
    • Officer Scale I: 18–30 years
    • Officer Scale II: 21–32 years
    • Officer Scale III: 21–40 years
  • Age relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen & others as per govt rules.

Education Qualification in IBPS RRB Recruitment 2025

  • Office Assistant/Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s in any discipline + proficiency in local language.
  • Officer Scale II (General Banking): 2 years experience + Bachelor’s degree with 50%.
  • Officer Scale II (Specialist): Relevant bachelor’s degree with experience/certifications.
  • Officer Scale III: 5 years as Officer in a bank/financial institution + Bachelor’s degree with 50%.

Computer Skills

  • Working knowledge preferred for all posts.
Relaxations
  • Reserved seats for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen, as per Government of India rules. Valid certificates required.

  • SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175
  • Others: ₹850

    • Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 9,345 posts (approximate, based on sum of all bank/state entries).
    • Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 4,723 posts (approximate).
    • Officer Scale-II (all specialisations): 972 posts (approximate, including General Banking Officer, IT Officer, CA, Law, Treasury Manager, Marketing Officer, Agricultural Officer).
    • Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 252 posts (approximate).
    • These figures are indicative, as actual vacancies may differ based on reporting from individual RRBs. Some categories (PwBD, ESM/Disabled ESM, Dependents of Servicemen) are included within overall totals.
