The Data Quality Analyst plays a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support decision-making and deliver valuable insights to the organization.
This position involves working with large datasets to spot trends, patterns, and relationships, enabling businesses to optimize their processes and make well-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate as part of a team of data science professionals to investigate, design, develop, and implement projects that generate new insights, products, and technologies.
- Utilize statistical tools to identify process inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Apply diverse techniques from statistics, machine learning, and business intelligence to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Follow project plans and team instructions to conduct data collection, analysis, and visualization for assigned tasks.
- Support experiments and validation activities aligned with project goals.
- Collect, document, and analyze data using defined protocols; share findings for team review and feedback.
- Assist with preparing research papers, presentations, and patent documentation for peer review and industry dissemination.
- Actively contribute to projects through research and data support activities, providing regular progress updates.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and support priority projects by generating standardized reports.
Education & Experience
- A four-year degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Typically 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or related fields.
Preferred Certifications
- Certifications in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar.
