Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Skilled in spreadsheet work, including filtering, lookups, pivot tables, and basic automation in Excel.
- Familiar with AI tools and agents like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation software like N8N.
- Strong communication, organization, and precision skills, with the capability to efficiently handle several tasks at once.
- A keen interest in analytics and SEO is a plus.
- Internship includes certification, with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build AI-powered tools for YouTube SEO and trend spotting, helping identify high-impact topics for video content.
- Use large language models and advanced prompt engineering to craft and refine video scripts aligned with Groww’s brand voice.
- Lead the entire AI-driven video production pipeline—from generating visuals and voiceovers to final editing.
- Automate end-to-end content processes by integrating various AI platforms via APIs and workflow tools.
- Analyze content performance (e.g., views, click-through rates, retention) to refine AI prompts, strategies, and overall content effectiveness.
