Google is seeking candidates for a 24-month hybrid Project Management Apprenticeship (March 2026 start) in India. It’s a structured program combining full-time (40 hr/week) on-the-job experience with formal training in locations like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai.

Qualification & Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 1 year of post-graduation experience in a project management role.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) or similar tools.
Fluent English communication skills.
Applicants are required to have an Aadhaar number connected to an active mobile phone and a valid personal email ID, as these are essential for registration.
Applicants must not have participated in prior Government Apprenticeship programs.

Program Highlights

Structured to ensure apprentices complete the full 24-month term to receive a certificate of completion.
Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving more than 100 km to their assigned office.
Apprentices will be eligible to apply for permanent roles at Google in the concluding three months of the program.

Responsibilities

Build essential project management skills-including communication, change and risk management.
Learn to distill project data into actionable insights and create data-backed recommendations.
Coordinate internal resources, prepare documentation, reports, and support project teams.
Develop stakeholder communication proficiency and deepen collaboration within teams.
Understand and manage project scope, timelines, finances, and outcomes effectively.
