Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. You will execute standard operational and technical tasks while adapting to changing situations to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and validate new manufacturing processes, conduct risk assessments (PFMEA), and train personnel through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure regulatory compliance through validation, verification planning, and execution.
Enhance product quality by identifying issues, implementing cost-effective solutions, and driving successful integration into production.
Collaborate with Production Associates to resolve challenges related to processes, tooling, equipment, and design.
Support new product introductions by optimizing process layouts, tool development, and integrating new equipment.
Oversee manufacturing change implementation and coordinate releases.
Promote lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement.
Ensure workplace safety by developing compliant processes and addressing safety concerns.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
Experience in design change management and implementation.
Ability to provide design and assembly feedback to engineering teams.
