Role Overview
- We are looking for a SQL & Python/R developer to work directly with clients in a fast-paced environment and support their day-to-day business and analytics needs.
- As a Data Analyst at Fractal Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering insights that drive real business impact.
Key Areas of Work
- User Analytics – Analyze user behavior in applications, track feature adoption, and identify retention and churn drivers.
- Examine transaction patterns, offer usage, scratch card redemption, and the impact of emails and notifications.
- Marketing Measurement – Evaluate the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns across channels, including ATL and digital media.
- Product Analytics – Support product teams with insights to improve adoption, engagement, and performance.
Education
- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent qualification).
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with databases and SQL coding across systems like Teradata, MySQL, etc.
- Freshers can apply
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as Python or R.
- Experience in quantitative analysis and modeling (sensitivity analysis, scenario-based analysis, statistical techniques).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
