Qualifications:
- Education: Any Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll processing, particularly within India.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data collection and entry.
- Basic computer skills, familiarity with payroll software and Workday is a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- India Payroll Support: Assist the Senior Payroll Analyst with tasks related to India’s payroll operations.
- Pre-Payroll Processing: Generate and review reports, including master record changes, monthly bonus files, and time-off reports using Workday.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized payroll folders and manage the payroll email inbox efficiently.
- EMEA Payroll Processing: Handle end-to-end payroll tasks for assigned countries within the EMEA region.
- Data Consolidation: Compile raw payroll data into standardized Flexi-Forms for processing.
- Audit Support: Assist in gathering necessary data for internal and external audits.
