Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements for IT initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Evaluate current business workflows to find opportunities for improvement and efficiency through IT and data analytics solutions.
- Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development work.
- Act as the bridge between business teams and IT developers, facilitating clear communication to ensure mutual understanding of project objectives.
- Help prioritize product backlogs by working closely with product owners and the development team to align with business priorities.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users to confirm that IT deliverables meet functional and data analytics requirements.
- Support change management by assessing how proposed changes affect business processes and systems, and manage communications and training accordingly.
- Analyze data to discover trends and patterns that assist in business decision-making and continuous process improvement through data analytics.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, leveraging IT and data analytics insights to drive business value and meet strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, facilitating communication between multiple stakeholders, and enabling successful IT project implementation.

- Standard II: 3 years of experience
- Senior I: 4 years of experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly using data analytics techniques.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.
- Comfortable working with numerical data and analysis.
