Responsibilities
- Design and develop data analytics solutions using Python, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Assist in the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process by utilizing Python to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
- Support the creation of interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports in Power BI to aid in data-driven decision-making.
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver customized analytics solutions.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data through effective validation and cleansing techniques.
- Document analytics workflows, methodologies, and insights to promote knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization technologies.
- Educate business users on how to leverage analytics tools and methodologies for better decision-making.
- Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in the preparation of proposals and other related activities.
- Participate in special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.
Required Skillset
- Solid foundational knowledge of Python for data analysis; academic project experience or internships are highly valued.
- Familiarity with Power BI or a strong willingness to learn and create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Basic understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and process complex data accurately and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
