Ditto : Customer Service Quality Executive(Remote)
Qualification & Skills :
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- 0–3 years of experience, freshers welcome.
- Excellent communication, customer support, active listening, and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong leadership qualities, accountability, and keen attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review customer interactions and offer recommendations to drive service quality improvements.
- Help define, implement, and refine quality assurance processes for customer support.
- Collect performance data, offer feedback on advisor recommendations, and establish standards for support quality.
