Ditto : Customer Service Quality Executive(Remote)

Qualification & Skills :

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0–3 years of experience, freshers welcome.
  • Excellent communication, customer support, active listening, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with strong leadership qualities, accountability, and keen attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review customer interactions and offer recommendations to drive service quality improvements.
  • Help define, implement, and refine quality assurance processes for customer support.
  • Collect performance data, offer feedback on advisor recommendations, and establish standards for support quality.
