Deloitte is Hiring ,Deloitte’s Center of Account Excellence is looking for a motivated individual to join the On/Offboarding Delivery Center (ODC) team as an Associate Analyst. This role plays a key part in streamlining internal account operations, ultimately contributing to improved service delivery for clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0 to 1 year of professional experience
- 2022/2023/2024 batches can apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools — especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
Strong ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Comfortable working in a high-speed, team-oriented setting
Effective time management to meet deadlines
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work remotely when required
Role & Responsibilities
Accurately input essential data into various systems and forms following detailed guidelines
Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members using platforms such as Services Procurement Solutions (SPS)
Understand and interpret task requirements before executing them precisely
Ensure high-quality output while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Provide timely updates and generate basic reports as needed
