Deloitte USI is hiring freshers as Analyst – FP&A, Global Finance Support in Hyderabad, where you’ll work on budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis for global operations. This role offers hands-on learning, SAP exposure, and growth in Deloitte’s collaborative finance team.

Qualification:
- Open to recent graduates with 0–3 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, operations, or similar roles—bonus if from global or MNC environments.
- Preferably postgraduates like MBA in Finance or a Master’s in Finance and Accounting.
- Comfortable learning and using Deloitte’s financial tools such as SAP ECC and BW.
- Solid understanding of core finance principles-income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and KPI tracking.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting activities including coding expenses, reconciliations, and forecast coordination.
- Assist with monthly financial close and reporting processes.
- Create and review reports related to expenses, workforce numbers, and time utilization.
- Carry out ad-hoc financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Work with Deloitte’s global finance systems like SAP ECC and SAP BW.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date financial information to support effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams across regions to support global finance operations.
