Qualifications:

Any Graduation
6 months to 2 years in forecasting within a BPO or contact center environment.
Strong skills in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with R or Python for statistical modeling.
Ability to analyze large datasets and develop machine learning models, including classification and regression techniques.
Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and updating forecasts using actual data, incorporating trend analyses to enhance accuracy.
Designing and evaluating various forecasting scenarios to support business decisions.
Collecting and preparing data inputs for forecasting models, ensuring data integrity.
Generating forecasts that account for immediate business impacts and adjusting based on feedback.
Maintaining and updating documentation related to forecasting processes.
Applying time series forecasting techniques to predict contact volumes and average handling times (AHT).
