Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
About the Role:
As an Analyst Trainee, you will work on database management tasks like running queries, performing CRUD operations, and writing stored procedures. You’ll also support software testing activities, handle service tickets, and use ITSM and Data Analytics tools while driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
Understand database structures and retrieve data using SQL queries.
Perform Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations.
Write and optimize stored procedures based on design documents.
Prepare and run manual and automated test cases.
Investigate and resolve service tickets following standard protocols.
Work with IT service management and analytics platforms.
Bring creativity and new ideas to project work.
Skills Required:

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates from 2023 or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree in BCA or BSc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or related fields).
Minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, Diploma, and Undergraduate degree (No rounding off).
No active backlogs at the time of joining.
Students awaiting revaluation results will be considered based on initial scores.
Must be open to relocation, working in shifts, and different technologies.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, monitoring servers, managing incidents, and supporting cloud, network, database, and storage systems.
Responsibilities:
Execute activities following SOPs and business impact awareness.
Ensure compliance with client security and communication standards.
Meet productivity goals for assigned projects.
Take part in continuous service improvements and knowledge sharing.
Mentor new joiners when needed.
Expectations:
Willingness to work across shifts (24/7 environment).
Flexibility to relocate across India based on assignment.

Troubleshoot and fix hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with internal teams for faster problem resolution.
Create and update knowledge base articles.
Expectations:
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to work with global users across different cultures.
Flexibility to work from office and in rotational shifts.
