Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Tech/BE (CSIT/Circuit branches) or MCA.
Experience: Freshers – 2025 graduates only.
Other Requirements:
Active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked to Aadhaar.
Willingness to work in early morning, evening, or night shifts (no day or afternoon shifts).
Ability to work from the Gurgaon office, five days a week, in a full-time in-office setup.
No location change requests will be entertained post-joining.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Certification: CCNA preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking technologies.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving ability, and a positive learning mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Show a strong willingness to learn new technologies and expand on foundational networking knowledge.
Identify and assist in resolving network-related issues.
Seek guidance when needed to ensure quality deliverables.
Contribute actively as a team member in various projects and activities.
Continuously develop skills and knowledge in advanced networking concepts, tools, and practices.
Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work on technologies such as Routing & Switching, Collaboration, Data Center, Wireless, Security, and Cloud-based support.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a virtual evaluation process, which includes online assessments and interviews. Candidates must ensure they have the necessary setup—laptop/desktop with voice & video capability and a stable internet connection—to participate.
